Franc's Bar and diner

Franc’s is an ode to casual dining, and relaxed, beach-side drinking vibes. Situated on the Strand, just across from the Takapuna Boat Club, it boasts a million dollar view of Rangitoto, the only unobstructed view of beautiful Takapuna Beach in the area.

The menu is comprehensive, with breakfast available from 8am-3pm from the self-pronounced "purveyors of all things yummy".

The look is modern and relaxed, with a great selection of soul music playing during our visit. A bar by night, there is a mix of tables with chairs and comfy-looking bench seating festooned with cushions or tables with high stools - our location this visit.

A one stop shop for family and friends to meet up for a meal or get-together Francs will always leave with a grin on your dial.
